想问问各位老师感觉那句是对的。说说我的理解吧：我觉得，best of all 是个副词结构，不应该作主语。The best of all，由于有the所以名词化了。所以我觉得第一句是对的。但这题答案是第二句。我想了解是我哪儿想错了吗。谢谢老师！
二个句子都是正确的。这是倒装句， best of all为形容词作表语，good的最高级。
当形容词最高级作表语时，the best中的the不是冠词，而是副词，表示强调。假如不强调，则the可以省略。of介词短语是最高级的比较范围状语。
best of all也可以是一个惯使用方法，在句子中作评注性状语，意为：非常重要的是。此时句子需要另外的主谓结构。而你的句子中是作表语，此时用the或不需要the, 都是正确的，以用the为多见。
